Marcus Hutka established Equine Partners Veterinary Services, PLLC, in 2012, with a goal of providing excellence in equine lameness and medical care, as well as excellence in customer service to the greater Houston area. Dr. Hutka has taken care of horses since he began practicing in 2005. During this time, he has expanded services to include a fully equipped mobile unit, with digital radiography and ultrasound, capable of imaging a horse stall side or in the middle of a show ring or pasture, as well as a fully equipped haul-in facility in the Field Store area.
In addition to expanding his veterinary services, Dr. Hutka and his wife, Kelli, have two sons and two beautiful girls. In his spare time, Dr. Hutka enjoys helping with Boy Scout trips, attending all kinds of kids athletic games, watching the girls grow in their interest of horses (and art, and gymnastics, and 4-H, and Girl Scouts!), and helping with the Navasota 4-H Club. He also finds time to volunteer for the Waller County Fair and Rodeo as the PRCA Veterinarian, serves as the Equine representative on the TVMA Board of Directors, and supports several local Cowboy church events, youth riders, and drill teams.
